Service Description
This class is focused on building muscle strength, power, endurance, and overall athletic performance through weights and high-intensity intervals. It combines resistance training, cardio bursts and mobility work to improve functional fitness and reduce injury risk.

Cancellation Policy
In the case that you may need to cancel a session(s), you can do so as long as it’s at least 6 hours prior, and not be charged the full amount. Any cancellations made within the 6 hours will result in the session(s) being terminated and the client will be responsible to pay the full amount. In the case that the trainer may need to cancel a client’s session(s), the trainer will reschedule the session at no cost to the client.
