Service Description

This running focused strength session is programmed in collaboration with Dr. Sarah Duldig at Equilibrium Sports & Spinal. With everyone taking up running, injury prevention and ensuring your runs are strong and comfortable is so important. Even if you're not a runner, this session will improve your overall lower body strength and mobility, especially your hips and knees!

Cancellation Policy

In the case that you may need to cancel a session(s), you can do so as long as it’s at least 6 hours prior, and not be charged the full amount. Any cancellations made within the 6 hours will result in the session(s) being terminated and the client will be responsible to pay the full amount. In the case that the trainer may need to cancel a client’s session(s), the trainer will reschedule the session at no cost to the client.
