Service Description

A 45-minute strength session, with a mixture of upper and lower body exercises. The session is comprised of various compound movements like squats, lunges, bench press and chins ups. For beginners, this is a great way to learn and focus on technique and form and become competent with the movement. For intermediate and advanced individuals, this is a great session to work on increasing the weight or improving strength.

Cancellation Policy

In the case that you may need to cancel a session(s), you can do so as long as it’s at least 6 hours prior, and not be charged the full amount. Any cancellations made within the 6 hours will result in the session(s) being terminated and the client will be responsible to pay the full amount. In the case that the trainer may need to cancel a client’s session(s), the trainer will reschedule the session at no cost to the client.
