A 45-minute strength session, with a mixture of upper and lower body exercises. The session is comprised of various compound movements like squats, lunges, bench press and chins ups. For beginners, this is a great way to learn and focus on technique and form and become competent with the movement. For intermediate and advanced individuals, this is a great session to work on increasing the weight or improving strength. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booked session will result in your session being terminated, with no compensation.
In the case that you may need to cancel a session(s), you can do so as long as it’s at least 6 hours prior, and not be charged the full amount. Any cancellations made within the 6 hours will result in the session(s) being terminated and the client will be responsible to pay the full amount. In the case that the trainer may need to cancel a client’s session(s), the trainer will reschedule the session at no cost to the client.
