Service Description
A 45-minute session, that includes aspects of boxing, resistance training and cardio. If you have never boxed before, you will be taught boxing basics and all clients will have 1 on 1 boxing time with the trainer. For beginners, this is a great way to learn and focus on boxing technique and form. For intermediate and advanced individuals, this is a great session to work on increasing their boxing form and stamina. Boxing gloves are not provided. Please supply your own or purchase some online/in studio. If you do not wish to box, there will be replacement exercises. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booked session will result in your session being terminated, with no compensation.

Cancellation Policy
In the case that you may need to cancel a session(s), you can do so as long as it’s at least 6 hours prior, and not be charged the full amount. Any cancellations made within the 6 hours will result in the session(s) being terminated and the client will be responsible to pay the full amount. In the case that the trainer may need to cancel a client’s session(s), the trainer will reschedule the session at no cost to the client.
