Service Description

A 45-minute session, that includes aspects of boxing, resistance training and cardio. If you have never boxed before, you will be taught boxing basics and all clients will have 1 on 1 boxing time with the trainer. For beginners, this is a great way to learn and focus on boxing technique and form. For intermediate and advanced individuals, this is a great session to work on increasing their boxing form and stamina. Boxing gloves are not provided. Please supply your own or purchase some online/in studio. If you do not wish to box, there will be replacement exercises.

Cancellation Policy

In the case that you may need to cancel a session(s), you can do so as long as it’s at least 6 hours prior, and not be charged the full amount. Any cancellations made within the 6 hours will result in the session(s) being terminated and the client will be responsible to pay the full amount. In the case that the trainer may need to cancel a client’s session(s), the trainer will reschedule the session at no cost to the client.
