This 30 day (well 35 days, but 30 has a better ring to it) challenge is designed to keep you ACCOUNTABLE and MOTIVATED. Lockdown has depleted us and more often than not, we're waking up feeling uninspired but that's where the Sweat It Out challenge is going to help YOU. You'll get 5 weeks worth of workouts - 1 x strength session, 1 x HIIT session and 1 x cardio & core session each week. Each week, you will have the same sessions to complete and progressive overload is applied, which will challenge you and allow you to get stronger. You will also have daily tasks to complete like step goals and gratitude practice to help you create a positive routine.
